Am I the only one that thought Axl having pistols was kind of dumb?
I mean, they're robots with huge arm cannons. And this dude is running around with some pistols that look like they're for a human.

Eh, it's no more egregious then Zero wielding a handheld sword instead of an arm-blade or something.

I do know that Mega man & Mega man X are the same person, I saw a video when a villain from the future came to get equipment from Dr. Willy and then the future version of Mega man came to help as well.

Good suggestion, I've only played an arcade version of Mega man, it had Proto man and a Big guy as well. Any suggestion on which one to start ? Please don't say the first one, I died before getting to the 2nd boss.

You can start with just about whichever one looks interesting to you. I started with MM6 and MMX1 at around the same time as a kid.

I've never really gotten very much into Mega Man. I don't particularly care for the original series, I've never played the X games, and pretty much anything outside of the Battle Network franchise borderline unknown to me. My experience with Legends is pretty much exclusively with the add for it in the back of the manual for Breath of Fire III.

Absolutely love the Battle Network games though. Kinda kills me that that part of the franchise gets so little attention these days.​
