What's the best anime you've ever watched?

Bloom Into You is probably my favorite but I'm SEVERELY biased
if we're discounting the severely yuribrained parts of my mind then it's a three way tie between Baccano, Evangelion and Cowboy Bebop
yeah my taste is basic
