Mine is, "You know?" when explaining stuff. Holy hell do I say that too much.

My friends and family joke that "Not necessarily" is my catchphrase... And it's true. For some reason I managed to make that into a response to just about anything.
Other contenders include "What in the unholy name of fuck?" (probably from watching too much AVGN in my teenage years lol) and simply "Damn."

80% of what I say audibly is a random quote from a videogame I've played. Sometimes it's from Kingdom Hearts II, other times from Lost Kingdoms 2, sometimes even Final Fantasy XV, but as for myself and my own phrases. I keep saying things like "It can't be helped" "I'm not opposed to it" and one in particular I got from one of my friends was "Welp. You can't win 'em all."
