A game almost everyone seems to love but I just can’t get into is Fortnite. I’ve tried it a few times, but the building mechanics feel more frustrating than fun to me. While I can appreciate the vibrant graphics and fast-paced action, the overall gameplay doesn’t click with me. The constant updates and shifting metas also make it hard to keep up if you’re a casual player. I totally get why it’s popular—it’s just not my style. I prefer games with slower, more strategic pacing.
I admit I never understood the appeal of fortnite. It's most likely a me thing, and I admit I never tried it, but it looks so unappealing in general to my eyesA game almost everyone seems to love but I just can’t get into is Fortnite. I gotcha, there's zero build mode now tho. If you're interested on trying. I don't like fortnite, but I play from time to time with my nephew.A game almost everyone seems to love but I just can’t get into is Fortnite. It's the "Game as a service" Game. The end all be all, it has "everything" young gamers want. I see it as a competent 3rd person shooter, I don't like it. But it is what it is.I admit I never understood the appeal of fortnite. It's most likely a me thing, and I admit I never tried it, but it looks so unappealing in general to my eyes
OH NO! YOU DIDN'T!earthbound is probably the most popular one
neat little game with a fun art direction but generally i found it a bit dull

You should it's the best FPS ever you also take free course in russian so it's a win win scenario , COD shooting is very arcadeyI barely got into Counter
I just beat DQV this year and I had a way better time with IV and V. The scale of the story was really cool but oh my God I got so sick of the encounter rate and a few other things. Maybe the encounter rate isn't any different than the previous ones but something felt more annoying here. I should say I was playing the SNES version. Maybe it's better on DS.Dragon Quest V is said to be the best one time and time again. However, I just can't get into it like the rest of the series. The story is good, don't get me wrong. But the gameplay feels suffocating. It doesn't have the open exploration of other games in the series until much later in the game and the party is restricted to only three active members. Combine this with the game only having a small amount of playable characters with the bulk of party members being uncontrollable monsters, it feels a lot less fun to play compared to something like Dragon Quest VI, VIII, or XI. Granted, I've still played through the majority of it, because I'm stupid like that.
YESSS the tension CS builds is great being sneaky and outsmarting the opponent is the way to go , play it like rambo and you dead.oh yes counter strike that is the perfect multiplayer first person shooter series to me
even someone like me who is horribly terrible at shooters where the action is everywhere, counter strike is perfect for me as it is a much slower paced strategic shooter on smaller maps
i think FF9 brings back many of the pre FF7 tropes and stuff from the 2d games the crystal , even the battle theme starts with a bass that is found in the 2d games if anything FF9 is like a 2d final fantasy game turned 3d +it has more item customization than the simplified version of items in 7 and the whole job system being integrated into the story and characters giving each character a unique command like FF4/FF6 which this gameplay proved to work pretty well.I don't understand how people can say FFIX is the best FF lol. Choosing that and dogging on 7, 8, and 10 is the equivalent to ordering chicken tenders at a Mexican restaurant lmao.
I still love FFIX. Great dialogue and visuals. But jeez it plays it so safe and it's just very by the books. I guess it's a preference where I'd rather somebody go for something weird and miss a few beats as opposed to sticking the landing on a thing that's already been done. It IS a cozy game no doubt.
I can appreciate that. I still do love the game. But other than having sick graphics, I could just play FFVI instead lol. I will also say FFIX's English localization is beautiful. But everything just feels so... safe and by the books. I was getting used to FF being a refreshing break from the straight high fantasy stuff. It's just kind of a regurgitation of tropes they already hit five times in a row before this lol.YESSS the tension CS builds is great being sneaky and outsmarting the opponent is the way to go , play it like rambo and you dead.

It does also help the game that Final Fantasy creator said his favorite game was 9 at least that's what it's Wikipedia said , in a way FF9 is a love letter to 2d final fantasy
Thats the thing its the only PS1 FF game that doesn't have futuristic elements like cars and guns opting instead for a more medieval fantasy with steam technology being just discovered.I can appreciate that. Yeah it's a very polished game and I'm with you. I think all the PS1 FFs are just so insanely cool. So I guess I'm not being very spicy or controversial with my take because I still think it's great lmao.Thats the thing its the only PS1 FF game that doesn't have futuristic elements like cars and guns opting instead for a more medieval fantasy with steam technology being just discovered.
Its my least favorite of the PS1 trilogy but you gotta give it credit where it is due after 2 big installments of having modern equipment being the norm
I would say FF6 still topple both 8 and 9 story wise all FF6 needs is a remake and bam best FF game everi do also hold the opinion that ffix is the weakest of the main final fantasy games on the original playstation, but given the quality of those games, that is really not a damning thing
ffix is still fundamentally good and above average to me
You and me are beefing now. We cannot see eye to eye in anything over this. We're enemies.Lufia 2. Everyone is always singing its praises but I just hate puzzles so much it hurts :P
