What would you declare as "The Worst Game" on any given platform?

Funny Enough, The Guy Game would be re-released on DVD but with the seventeen year old section being Stalin'd out the entire thing. But still is the same trash just without the Q & A parts and the terrible unmentionables.

I wanted to enjoy this game. I thought it was like the gang wars aspect of GTA:SA but when I was young, I just couldn't get into it.

It's awful like Alundra 2 is awful. It could have been great. It has a lot of great ideas. It has decent graphics (for the time - as you said this is a gen-1 PS2 game). It has an interesting story. It has great character designs. It has pretty good music.

What it doesn't have is basic game structure, a decent battle system, any common sense on where to go when, replayability, or a basic understanding on how to make a fun game.

People like to crap on Orphen on the PS2. Orphen is Xenosaga III compared to Ephemeral Fantasia.

knight Rider 1 and 2 by Davilex - here's the thing , i bought them (very cheap) knowing full well they were universally panned but i ended up completing both of them - sometimes bad games can still be a bit of fun if you look past the flaws.

Area 51 was pretty rough. It's not awful, but there were so many better FPS games on the PS2. I'd have rather have played a Light Gun PS2 port of the arcade game. Still, it did have Marilyn Manson and Mulder from X-Files as voice actors.

The Guy Game. My older brother actually had this at one point when he was in college. He doesn't have it anymore. It's a shitty flash game with Q and A answers, and fan service more shallow than anything you would find in Dead or Alive, Oneechanbara, or even most anime games in general.

I learned that info back around 2018-2019. So I am more than familiar of the backstory at this point. Good thing Nintendo kicked his ass out, and let Retro actually create worthwhile games. Even though I don't care Metroid at all.

Why they haven't made sure everyone involved were at the right age by checking their ID before filming? Also this is so raunchy looking even compared to that one DoD Beach Volley game.

I guess people prefer focussing on the more popular JRPG series with how some characters are being portrayed over that...

Most of "the worst" games are so boring and not significant that they don't get enough attention to even be considered the worst.

For instance, games like Daikatana or Bubsy 3D Are famous for being bad but they definitely have redeeming some qualities. The worst PC game ever would probably be one that has barely been covered by youtubers, etc because it's so boring that you can't even make content about it.
