FACTS!!!It's Nelson's forum, we just rent it lol

Kirby Super Star Ultra on DS I find much better than the SNES original.I forgot about that topic...
I think Kirby's Nightmare in Dreamland is better than Kirby's Adventure only because it had less lag.
Not only it had more sub-games it also had some QoL improvements in its gameplay like the ability to remove and ability without making a helper.Kirby Super Star Ultra on DS I find much better than the SNES original.
I actually prefer the soundtrack in the DS version, but both are nearly identical. Not only it had more sub-games it also had some QoL improvements in its gameplay like the ability to remove and ability without making a helper.
The only actual downside is probably the soundtrack being inferior to the SNES one (and while it's entirely subjective I'd say that the backgrounds on the SNES have some nostalgic 90's pre-rendered 3D).
The music are nearly identical... yet you can clearly hear the difference between the phenomenal SNES soundchip and the crispy DS speakers:I actually prefer the soundtrack in the DS version, but both are nearly identical.
Fair enough, but I still prefer the DS version ost. Unpopular opinion, but I never really liked the echo effect in a lot of the osts for SNES games. You can hear how the SNES one has more echoes and stronger sounding drums.
I forgot to mention Crash N. Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy. I consider them superior to the originals as well.Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and Resident Evil 1 (Remake) are the only cases where I actually prefer playing them over the originals (especially FireRed and LeafGreen, I really can't understand why anyone would play the original Game Boy versions of Red/Blue/Green nowadays instead of FireRed and LeafGreen)
Also Metroid Zero Mission, Metroid: Samus Returns/AM2R, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139, and Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.
Oh, the Switch Sega Ages because we got another one on the PS2.I can immediately think of two: Sega Ages Phantasy Star and Star Ocean The Second Story R (or as it's known on Steam, "STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY R"). The first because I absolutely LOVE the ability to switch between PSG and FM audio, and the latter because it somehow managed to keep the crazy amount of original content in the game yet be far more respectful of my time as a full time middle-ager with a family
