I'll probably pick up Lunar Remastered Collection when it goes on sale.
$50 feels steep and I already have a physical copy of 1 (just missing the mini artbook). I appreciate that they didn't ruin it with a million tacky photoshop filters make it 2DHD.

I don't care much for GTA (gimme Sleeping Dogs 2 please) but I might get 6 on release just to be part of the gaming zeitgeist. I'm doubting it's gonna make the fall 2025 window though.

The DLC for MH Wilds that makes it suck less.

I desperately want Oddity to exist but I just don't think it's happening, at least anytime soon. I still watch the trailer every now and then, it just looks so peak.

If Mega Man X Corrupted can start getting activity out of nowhere, FNF can announce a whole ass expansion pack, Silksong can get a release date and Lunar can be remastered, I'm holding out hope for my favorite currently non-existent quirky Earthbound inspired RPG

Games are far too expensive now to give into peer pressure, so don't even bother. I'm pretty happy with the games I actually would prioritise even if it's some obscure shit, and you should be too. In fact, it's this fact that allowed me to get one person into Iconoclasts and another into Metal Slug

Silksong got a release date too which is interesting, but I don’t really like hollow knight, i just know this is a big game.
That said, indies are always nice.

It's not really peer pressure, there are just some games that are more interesting to explore brand new when everyone else is as clueless as you are, and GTA6 has taken so long and has so much hype I think it's worth it just to experience it as a subject of history (if we wanna get philosophical)

Obviously Switch 2 if the price remains the same. Upcoming non-Switch 2 releases that I'm interested in are Blades of Fire, Lost Soul Aside, and Mindseye. Also probably THPS3&4 as long as it's decent like 1&2 were.

I'm particularly interested in Mindseye because it just seemed to come out of nowhere, get a soon-ish release date, it's supposed to be an open world like Mafia II where the open world is more about the setting and atmosphere than an open world checklist kinda game, and it's by Leslie Benzies whose track record is spotless.

I also just received the physical copy of Star Overdrive from Best Buy after enjoying the demo, as well as Ninja Gaiden II: Black and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone physicals from Playasia the other day.
