What operating system brand you use the most for gaming on PC?

Been using Linux Mint since early 2024, did dual-boot between Mint and Windows 11 for a little while but then my Windows install (thankfully on a separate M.2 drive) borked itself and I legitimately didn't care enough to fix it because I was using Windows less and less already (genuinely when I discovered the Windows borked itself, it was my first time trying to boot into Windows in something like 3 weeks and I was really only doing it because 'I haven't booted into Windows in a bit, should probably do that and make sure my programs and everything are up to date') , so I eventually said 'Bye-bye' and backed up the important files from that drive and then formatted it into more storage for Linux.

Considering distro hopping to CachyOS in the future to be running a more gaming focused distro, but I wanna upgrade my primary SSD before I do that.

Windows 10, only because there's the least amount of bullshit between me seeing, buying, downloading, and playing a game. I'm hoping SteamOS will get big enough one day to see the same amount of support, though.

Yep. It's still very comfortable. But I think the digital age verification will make me jump out of Windows. Don't wanna give Microsoft my id or biometric data.

Linux all the way and have been for the past few years. I bit the bullet when I got a new laptop and just went straight for Pop OS, then to Bazzite on another new machine. Haven't remotely considered going back to Windows since I got settled in. In the vast majority of cases it just works.
