None at the moment. There's enough retro games out there to play already. And there are free games that are just as good. (Already put plenty of play time into HoloCure.) Too many upcoming games are partial updates of old games or half-hearted remasters that seem to add little to the originals. And newer consoles aren't demonstrating anything that impresses me enough to buy them either. So I'm good for now.

Yeah, I feel the same way. The PS5 generation has been underwhelming. There's no killer app out there, at least from my perspective.

I agreeee I also prefer looking for some old forgotten gems that are available for free thanks to the internet. And there's so little being done to push the hardware on new consoles that I feel like the gaming industry has just stopped growing and is between standing still and de-evolving rn.

Those are the 3 physical games remaining for February that I'm buying. Behemoth just came out but I ordered it with the other two so it won't ship until those release.

Unfortunately, I had to refund Monster Hunter. I don't have a good enough gpu. But I want that, Doom, the new Ninja Gaiden stuff, Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, Perfect Dark, and Gears E Day.
Hopefully I can get a new GPU someday soon.

I wanted to grab Monster Hunter Wilds but I decided to hold off mostly due to financial reasons.

Most likely Monster Hunter: Wilds on PS5. Crossplay in that game is not great, but my PC definitely can't run it. Probably the Suikoden I and II remasters after that, and then I think I'm good until the Switch 2 comes out. My backlog is pretty big and I've scooped up most things I had my eye on once sales occurred.

I’m looking forward to the new Ninja Gaiden by the studio behind the Blasphemous series and there’s also the upcoming remaster of Onimusha 2 that I’m excited for since it’s my favorite in the series.
I may give the new Shinobi a chance although I’m not really in love with the art style.
