For me I go with the GameCube I really like the GameCube even is lacking in Rpgs but pretty good library like the Mario Part 4 Luigi's Mansion Bomberman Generation, Lost Kingdom.

to be fair, Dreamcast is neither big on RPGs especially compared to Saturn which had a very good catalogue of RPGs
