What did you eat today?

Do you just microwave them like me?

Fry with my custom oil, or steam/boil. Microwaves in my mind are a last resort.

Might as well get more details. Morning potatoes were fried, not deep fried so they are closer to french fries, thick 1/4 inch slices and dip in ketchup or bang-bang sauce.

Dinner, steamed potatoes, added cheese and onions and Taco Bell Avacado sauce. Leftover potatoes fry very well and will keep overnight :)
 
I had some vegan chilorio for breakfast then an arepa for lunch and a taro frappe with boba for dinner.
 
Today I spent my day inside the house watering my plants. no real goal insight, just enjoying the simplicity of my day. until I craved Tuna mixed with a bit corn and mayo. I also grabbed some Yellow Tostadas Casero (Red Kind) to eat it with. and of course I couldn't forget the tasty but unhealthy bottle of coke from the fridge.
 
I ate some mac & cheese with some carrots and a chicken patty with a biscuit.

i cut off a big chunk of the cheese block from the fridge and ate it like a rat in the kitchen
 
Today I made some breaded chicken thighs with some sesame seeds, some baked eggplant that kinda turned out fine, and just some regular sauteed mushrooms.

I think a healthy diet for gamers should include a bit of screws a bit of oiled cpu and RAM and some GPU components I heard ancient gaming monks used to consume CDs daily granting them immense agility I can't find sizeable collections of CDs nowadays to attempt the ancient gamer diet.

So since that is impossible gamers have to consume normal food which hampers the "becoming one with the machine" process that every gamer life cycle ends with , what I had today? What did I even have...hmmmm oh yeah hummus and more hummus and bulgur and beans and of course tea one can't get through the day without tea and nescafe.
 
A tuna sandwich for breakfast and Menudo (traditional Mexican soup, made with cow's stomach in broth with a red chili pepper base) for lunch.

I had ground turkey seasoned with taco seasoning with cheese, black beans, and rice. It's usually my go-to easy high protein meal. I also had blueberries and lemon slices as a snack.
