Had a steak and potato pie needed a bit of warning with the onions in it so fished them out lol other than that good pie. had fishcakes and champ with peas for dinner. I'll cook properly tomorrow. Looking a quiet gaming weekend now.

Whenever I get General Tso's I tend to ask for white meat instead since I'm not the biggest dark meat fan. I like Amazing Chicken because it's a combination of sweet and hot like General Tso's but white meat.

Albino chili, as we call it here... or white chicken chili, recipes online if you're interested. It's pretty good, and since I'm not much of a beef eater, this hits the spot quite well.
