Now that I have the human comedy process out of the way, I actually have made a small pressure cooker or Instant Pot, as they are known now, of vegetable soup. I rather like it on cold days.

Soup with moringa powder right now moringa is more potent than vitamin C definitely recommend the powder or supplements.
