When it comes to the melodrama, you're either a fan of it or you're not. I personally love how overly sincere and sappy it all is, I'm a Kingdom Hearts fan after all. The combat is definitely bland, but it gets the job done well enough and I appreciate that it tries to be unique despite its limitations. Looks great, has one of the best soundtracks in the franchise and Zack is forever one of my favorite protags of all time.

It's a fantastic game overall, even if I think his new VA in the remaster was not up to the task. They recast nearly everybody and most of them were fine, but man oh man I could not stand the new Zack VA.

I like that Zack is Endless Mike from The Adventures of Pete & Pete.
At least in the original.

I loved the combat system and the ending. It's one of the better FF entries. You can get through any fight without taking a hit once you get good which is why I love the combat.

Good FF7 backstory, I was very excited when it came out for the PSP. I think it was one of the highlights of the PSP.

Loved it personally. I beat it with Japanese audio a while ago and had a blast. Definitely one of my favorites of FF7 media. Getting the 100% is a pain though
