Ignore his North American voice actor... the Japanese one (RIP Rokurō Naya) is the real deal and fits with him perfectly.

A fellow fan of Nemissa, I see! Here's hoping the console versions of Soul Hackers get completed translations, some day

For me, I feel you can really take your pick of anyone from the Darkstalkers / Vampire games. Fighting games relied so much on style (still do??) to draw your attention to them in the arcades. Can confirm that Darkstalkers certainly stood out amidst a sea of contemporary setting / modern day based Street Fighter II clones, back in the day
