Undead Knights obviously because of my name. Hot Shots Golf. Daxter. Metal Gear Acid. Gladiator Begins

Undead Knights is crazy underrated. It seems like it's just going to be a dull musou-style hack-n-slash at first but it's really a completely different formula and taking down the larger enemies is super satisfying.

Outside of the 5 I listed before, I have enough promising PSP games left to play to fill another top 5 in the future. The two Kurohyou Yakuza games, the two Valkyria Chronicles, Phantasy Star Portable 2, Black Rock Shooter...

I'm going to try to answer this a bit different, as in top 5 PSP games that I owned 2 decades ago when I was in High School playing games in class, through emulation I am discovering new games, but I'm going to give a nostalgic answer for this one :p

Outrun Coast 2 Coast!! SEGA did their big one with that game

Final Fantasy Dissidia 012 (fighting game in a 3d enviroment with lots of FF characters and villains)
FF7 Crisis Core (it's Final Fantasy with semi-turn-based battles)
Riviera The Promised Land (turn-based rpg, quite original with items that teaches skills)
Wipeout Pulse (racing with futuristic cars)
MACH Modified Air Combat Heroes (racing with planes)
Phantasy Star Portable 2 (action rpg with lots of weapons and quests)

Dissidia is a great fighter,
Persuit Force and Midnight Club 3 for driving games,
Chillie Con Carnage is an action game with a lot of Robert Rodregez style stuff going on (Once upon a time in Mexico-mode, not Spy Kids)
Gurumin is an awesome adventure/RPG game
Daxter is a decent 3d platformer from the Jak & Daxter series but without the weirdness you got with Lost Frontier.

The PSP game I've played the most is probably Vice City Stories. I'd recommend it more than the original.
