Struggle Meals

We love Miojo where i come from, basically dehydrated ramen pasta , you can increment it with cheese. (Very little cheese since cheese is expensive right now) or my favorite, beans.

PS: Image from Google images, have no idea why they are eating it of of a dog bowl.

I’ve found anda bhurji (or egg bhurji) to be cheap, quick to make, and filling. Packed with what you need for the beginning and end of the day.

We made both cake and Tortas Fritas (extremely filling as a combo) with essentially just flour, water, salt and sugar.

Six of us got our fill with this... And we really needed to!

I keep tinned ham tinned chicken and soup along with tuna. Adding any of it to soup works just in case your on a low wage.

It's pretty grim considering what's in em, but I also used to do just sausage sandwiches for every meal for a while during my Uni years lmao.

Goes pretty far when you're buying the cheapest possible product but they were gristly and shit on reality haha

Been surviving off microwaveable chicken patty in a burger bun. There is very little else to eat, and we only have a microwave and coffeepot for cooking.

On desperate nights I would cut a single slice of cheese from a brick of cheddar and hit it with 3 hot sauce

Actually, one of my favorite things would technically be considered a struggle meal.
Just simple potato and onion soup with whatever seasoning you have on hand, and maybe some simple flour and water bread baked in the oven.

Nothing glamorous or fancy, but it will fill you up, and I honestly have it sometimes because I just like it. And maybe chuck a little leftover rice in if you have any.
