Somehow, you are transported into a bog-standard fantasy RPG setting? What role are you playing, party or not?

Me personally, I'd go with the tavernkeep of the second or third town. I don't have to get caught up in whatever world-saving bullshit flavor of the month, I get to hear stories from adventurers and bards, and who knows? Maybe the party decides they need to take the edge off and look my way. What about you all?

Elven Drunken Mage (yep, i just made up a drunken class), Most points invested on luck, some on persuasion, chaotic good allignment, I think that's a really good combination for an interesting run. (don't mind the dragon's dogma gif, just for visual aid lmao)

"Go left, pick that quest, it's gonna be great for you...I lied they want to sacrifice you to their pagan god"
Obviously we are minions for the antagonist, but that spiky-haired simpleton (who fancies himself a hero) doesn't need to know that yet.

I will be your first boss encounter. There's no way you can beat because it's all part of the tutorial. Eventually you will passed out wake up somewhere as the real game starts and we'll never gonna see me again unless you start a new game which the tutorials are unskippable.

This level of spiritual sadism is something to be admired.

I will be secret unfinished bugged boss encounter on the moon if the hero decides to find all 50 horse eggs scattered across the map (10 of them in out of bounds areas, 7 of them only obtainable as part of the seasonal events and the final one obtainable after beating the true final boss (who only shows up if the hero finds all 350 stars of destiny scattered throughout time and space) during midnight between 12 - 3:01 am with no damage under 5 minutes using a tree branch infused with red slime gel by hitting it while keeping up with the beat of the final boss music.

The insurmountable repeat boss that can only be recruited with an absurdly arcane sequence of events.

Friendship!? FRIENDSHIP!?

I'll be a mystical creature with all sorts of obscure magical powers! ✨👁️✨
Wandering around and healing injured people and defeating random baddies!
Until i find a worthy hero to aid! 🌟

I'd by the wizened sage who gives the heroes all the information they need to win the fight and has tremendous stores of power, but won't use them to actually help.

"Could I kill the bad guy myself? Well, no... The forces of nature, the balance of the world, something, something, something... ZZzzZZzz... Huh?! Oh! Where was I?"

i'll be the tanky healer who tries their best to not get into combat and have 99 of every consumable in the game that i'll never use lol.
I see you, too, studied under the tutelage of Final Fantasy.

I still hoard elixirs, even during last boss fights ::sailor-embarrassed

Holy swordsman or basically any kind of holy, demon hunting warrior

i was born to be the merchant who buys and sells all of the stuff adventurers need to pawn off. i'd maybe do some light, low-level treasure hunting of my own, but my place in the word is buying and selling iron swords and slime balls. capitalism, ho! and all that.

I always tank. I might not be able to use magic but I'm indispensable as an unbreakable meat shield.
