Since I just recently finished retrofitting an old windows 7 rig that a family member gave to me because they didn't want it anymore I figured I'd share what the setup looks like plus encourage people to share their own
it is an absolute mess as far as cable management goes I'm aware, but in my defense I basically only kept this thing around so I could play Sega GT and New Vegas without having to use my main pc that sounds like a damn jet engine and then just kinda kept adding things onto it and upgrading it
GPU is a GTX 970, processor is some AMD Athlon thing I don't remember the name of, it's basically the only part I haven't replaced besides the board and case
It's got 12 gigabytes of DDR3 and the wifi card is a cheap piece of crap that doesn't work and I need to replace it because the drivers don't support windows 7 T-T
