GBA Shantae Risky Revolution

Some people have begun getting their GBA copies of Shantae Risky Revolution, and I seen some people playing a leaked rom version, not sure from where, haven't been able to find it yet. How long until its available here?
I need to play it, but want to leave my GBA copy sealed, and who knows how long until the Switch version drops.

-_- I'm a huge wayforward fan, So while I might watch someone play it, I will wait till its digital release and JUST BUY IT several times. I already have, might as well. Wish they would port the gbc and this to XBOX someday.

Yea I bought the collectors GBA version, but am keeping it sealed like I did Shantae GBC. And Im going to buy the Switch version, physical, when that goes up. But I don't want to wait for the Switch version (or Steam/GOG versions) to go up if I can play it now lol

I've bought all the other Shantae games multiple times, digitally and physically
