GBA Shantae Risky Revolution

Some people have begun getting their GBA copies of Shantae Risky Revolution, and I seen some people playing a leaked rom version, not sure from where, haven't been able to find it yet. How long until its available here?
I need to play it, but want to leave my GBA copy sealed, and who knows how long until the Switch version drops.

Physical cartridges were released first. It's not yet available digitally.

-_- I'm a huge wayforward fan, So while I might watch someone play it, I will wait till its digital release and JUST BUY IT several times. I already have, might as well. Wish they would port the gbc and this to XBOX someday.

Either I'm really dumb or the admin(s) changed this, but searching that comes up completely empty for me. Any possible suggestions on what I might be missing? Thanks

Yea I bought the collectors GBA version, but am keeping it sealed like I did Shantae GBC. And Im going to buy the Switch version, physical, when that goes up. But I don't want to wait for the Switch version (or Steam/GOG versions) to go up if I can play it now lol

I've bought all the other Shantae games multiple times, digitally and physically
