chicken..... a lot of chicken...

also this is not a full meal, but a great desert during Ramadan is baklava. it can be made many different ways (i personally like to put honey on mine..) and they are small enough to share and enjoy after Iftar without feeling sick. ::good (i didn't even mention its incredible texture)

unfortunately im the only Muslim in my immediate family and I live in a predominantly non-Muslim town so Ramadan is usually a solo experience for me but my family is very accommodating....

Ramadan Mubarak!

I also had Chicken+medium grain rice for Iftar today, wonderful meal
btw do you make Baklava at home? If yes, can you link the recipe you use?

I only attempted making it myself once.. and completely screwed it up (baking is not my strong suit) I wanted less filling in mine so I tried changing the recipe and I'm assuming I messed up somewhere with the proportion of ingredients lol. (the unorganized messy concoction I had created still tasted great)

I can't find the exact site I was using but this follows the exact recipe I was attempting:

(apologies @Megalodonix i meant to make this a reply lol)

I am an Northeastern Brazilian, so I a never meet an Arab IRL,however Brazil had a lot of Lebanese and Syrian immigration to the south, sfiha became a popular dish here in brazil even in place without Arab migration, people modify it, on of my favorites sfiha variation Brazil made is this Brigadeiro sfiha, Brigadeiro is not regular chocolate but chocolate with condensed milk, just thought it would be a funny thing to share here.
