As a bit of a preemptive hint I can tell you that despite what you might think looking at this screenshot this game was published by one of the bigger western purveyors of such content who are still around. Oddly enough, they're not too keen to own up to it on their website these days. I wonder why

Yakuza 3. I beat that game a week ago and understand why people hate it. Enemies block constantly after getting hit once, you deal next to no damage but take tons of it. I beat the game with near maxed out stats and no training aside from the weapon training I did earlier to unlock some new weapons. I didn't do Komaki because I didn't know where he was and I also didn't do the IFR because I didn't know where it was or if I had to do something to unlock it first. But I'll fix that mistake in Yakuza 4 by unlocking every IFR ability and also trying to get all the revelations

Alright, it's been over a day now. I actually tried looking up the game to see how much presence it has on the Internet and it turned out that it has pretty much none. Even searching the title yielded no results. I had to dig through the readme file to find the developer's name to finally be able to dig up anything at all.

As such, there's probably not much of a point to giving you any hints. The game is called Future Fantasy and you can find it here. It's a freeware game from around 2002. Considering how little there is on it on the Internet maybe it's something @Sayo could put up on the repo. It's definitely in his wheelhouse.

Now that that's over with, we still don't know what game Zega posted and he probably forgot about it. It looks like a character portrait from one of those old 80s/90s dungeon crawlers but beyond that I have no idea really.
