Well, I know the game as "Spinout" and apparently the PS2 release was known as "Realplay Puzzlesphere"... but sure, that's clearly a screenshot of the same game

EDIT: Yep, apparently it's just that the US version is called "Vertigo". So many names for one game!

That's your choice, but usually we censor some stuff, mostly the player character, or the "HUD", visible names... the kind of thing that might make it too obvious
Later on, if people can't guess it, you might give hints or show the clean version.

As for your image, I have no idea, but something feels familiar...
