The style definitely makes me think turn of the Willennium graphics from a PC/N64 game, but as for which one I've really got no clue.
 
The skyscraper on the right has that holographic sign that looks futuristic. (Weird pairing with the donut, though).
 
OK, one hint: definitely no superheroes around. At least, not in the usual sense :loldog

Maaaaan I know I've played this game before. 100% I played it, but just can't pinpoint it. At first, I thought 100% it was from Gex Enter the Gecko. But then I thought Crash. Too low poly for Ratchet & Clank... But those Yin-Yang symbols, that hologram & weird red power ups... so familiar!

And now you've confirmed it's a PSP/PS2 game haha. Hmm & I-Ninja never came out for that portable... ::thinking
