I will admit I did cheat a little. The spritework screamed MSDOS game so I just went to DOSgames and looked for "Scrabble" until I found it

I remember well that "training parking lot". I was checking out the game for the sort-of freeroaming, and I had to do all the flips and stuff listed there before I could actually get out to the city streets

So, next!

This is probably gonna be either too easy or kind of hard. But I know for a fact that RGT members know this game!
