Pet Peeves

Speaking of being rude I was thinking of people being sarcastic for the sake of it or using passive aggressiveness so they could be rude at you without actually being rude so if you tell them they'd say "I'm not insulting anyone, you're the only one thinking that".

Same with someone making a unpleasant remark disguised as banter.

It’s Awfully common yeah

I mean sure, you can still gently tease a friend without being rude nor insulting but I feel that nowadays it's socially more acceptable to publicly humiliate someone via irony and sarcasm (so basically banter) than trying to counter-attack them because you'd be seen as the "rude one" or even being answered "calm down, it was just a joke, don't be offended over nothing".

Even if you calmly and logically explain why you find it rude and tell them to not do that and stop you'd still have people thinking you are easily being offended and overreacting.

Oh god I fuck..g hate that ! XD

"Stop being paranoid" they say. Cowards XD

I think Leafy made an entire YouTube career out of doing that exact same thing.
Leafy eventually got exposed in his very last appearance. Literally. images of him butt naked got leaked online. That was the last thing anyone saw of him.

Being a bully as a teen is expected, as responsible adults it's just weird.

This is indeed a coward attitude and a way to make themselves feel less responsible and if you dare replying or even making some banter yourself they'd gave you troubles. This is the kind of toxic behaviour to tell you to avoid these people that haven't grown past their teenagehood psychologically speaking.

Drama focused youtube channels are what I avoid myself.

Wow... I still find it dubiously moral to leak that kind of stuff but I am not surprised with his behaviour.

I swear, that happens to all controversial YouTubers at some point. Digital comeuppance XD
If you think about it, the funniest part was that this was back when everyone was getting exposed, so it’s really funny it happened to someone but in a more literal sense

The type to make a passive aggressive comment in a way that they can back pedal if you tell them off (and of course gaslight you into thinking that you're paranoid), and if you don't answer, when they go back home the first thing they say to their partner is "I sure told him today, you should have seen it, he was so embarassed he didn't say a thing back".

Isn't it illegal? Not to say that I'd defend these people of course but I think that banning them from platform if they get too overboard with drama and "exposition" would've been the most logical answer than hacking their private content accounts.

Assuming they'd have one to begin with (that kind of behaviour is really attractive for someone?)

And yeah: saying something rude then backtracking by telling "it was just a joke" is probably why you can hardly trust irony nowadays (especially online when you cannot really do it well in written form).

What do these people gain from that anyway?

Self esteem based on the false sensation of having balls for telling you what they think when they really didn't.

Some brains are actual Olympic gymnasts.
Healthy competitiveness at work or any passion project is not bad if it helps making yourself better at something you like doing but someone thinking they'd get better by punching down people are just lame.

Someone who's truly good (if not the best) at something in life doesn't waste their time by mocking people below them (in fact they'd even stay humble or even help those in need because it's much more fulfilling).

I'm no psychologist but this is clearly a sign of superiority complex from people that are either slightly above average while not being higher enough to be truly the best or being actually an average person (or even below) that cannot reflect upon themselves so instead of trying self-improvement they gain automatic gratification from pulling others down because it's easier to them than making actual efforts.

Maybe I shouldn't delve too deep into that subject, I'd let other tell their pet's peeves.

Income taxes life just isn't fair. Even if they worked those hours with me I would probably have to kick them off a cliff when they aren't looking.

You know what I hate? When I’m watching an anime show based on a manga, and the opening animation actually shows pages from that manga. DRAW SOMETHING ORIGINAL, LADS!!!!!
The only time I recall that was for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Phantom Blood where they showed pages of the JoJos from Part 6 to part 2 in reverse order.

It was a cool way to say "This is a back to the roots anime about your manga that is finally getting a proper animated adaption!" considering that the Phantom Blood movie is lost media and the latest animated series was the Stardust Crusaders OVA from the early 00's.

I do agree that animated media should tell something more than just replicating manga panels. I do love DBZ but I feel that they're sometimes sticking too much to the shots from the manga.

Osamu Dezaki and Yoshiaki Kawajiri managed to expand animation beyond just animating mangas.

I hate my own mistakes... especially those that hurt other people...
I have lost a friend two times because of my mistakes... 😔

When you have the creativity or motivation, you have the words, you have the memories, the experiences, anything...

...yet, you cannot express it when you are really want to do it (at least trying to do it, in the right way).
I have become clueless, during these last few years, for reasons of family or those relatively close to me.
frustrating -_-

...or well, when you can't find other players outside to share a good time with.

Don't feel sad, justlooking123.
wounds heal with the pass of time.
another different thing, is betraying them.

you are not losing them forever. there is always another chance, and then, you are reunited in a wink, one of those days...
because, you know... auto-correction is a calamity, these days. you are not guilty.
you are in your right, for expresing yourself.

Having to interrupt the cashier when i go to the store, not out of rudeness, but because some of them forget they aren't in their house but ... you know... IN THEIR JOBS and ramble for minutes with the customers
