The Lights Are On, But
not denying that but it could be worse. Like even that censorship (idk why I spelled it so weird the first time) is used as an excuse to erase historyWe still have many hateful things with censorship as well.

Agree to disagreeSometimes sensor ship is good tbh, without it we’d still have so many terribly hateful things that would still be normalized
(Just want to clarify I believe a large majority of censorship is bad, but it can be helpful when used correctly like preventing down right hateful material from getting onto tv, as well as inappropriate content from reaching children. Sadly a lot of the time these are done very poorly)Sometimes sensor ship is good tbh, without it we’d still have so many terribly hateful things that would still be normalized
In my opinion, stopping children from seeing inappropriate material should be their parent's responsibility, not anybody else's.(Just want to clarify I believe a large majority of censorship is bad, but it can be helpful when used correctly like preventing down right hateful material from getting onto tv, as well as inappropriate content from reaching children. On a semi-related note, my hot take is that most people aren't suited to be parents.
Yeah, but also content ment for children shouldn’t have down right sexual content or extreme violence. I think it’s good to have some sort of system to prevent that kind of content from being implemented into content made for children. In my opinion, stopping children from seeing things they shouldn't should be their parent's responsibility, not anybody else's.

Maybe in the West, but in my country young people, especially women, are encouraged/pressured to have children, no matter how unfit for the parenthood they are.If you're gonna use a phone like a pacifier cause you're too busy or cant be arsed to raise it DONT HAVE KIDS
I think thats a popular opinion though
Yeah stuff like this is a systemic/gender role issue in many parts of the world still.young people, especially women, are encouraged/pressured to have children, no matter how unfit for the parenthood they are.

I ain't doxxing myself, bruh. /jWhat continent are you from? Just curious you dont have to tell me
Thats dumb, here ppl do it just Because; I wasnt allowed to have a nokia until like 4th grade, parents nowdays are like unable to say no. Usually it was the mom that spoiled the kid but now its like both
Nah like for real though. If you don't want spoilers, then just avoid topics regarding it on the internet. Because the first thing you're bound to see when you look up forums or opinions on it are spoilers. But sometimes spoilers really are unavoidable because memes can be bigger than the show itself and they can be pretty inescapable, like the Ozymandias scene in BrBa. When I finally reached that point in the show, I bursted out laughing and I couldn't take it seriously due to the amount of "Breaking Good" memes I've seen and I felt guilty as hell because the entire episode is one of the most depressing things I've seen lolIf the thing is 20 years old dont cry about spoilers
if focused meditation doesn't work for you, you should consider an open approach. But meditation, like anything else, is something that takes practice to get good at.Meditation isnt relaxing, it's just sitting down crosslegged and saying "uhmmmm uhmmmm" for like an hour until you get tired
Not really a hot take, since everyone who read both always tend to have Ten in their Fukumoto's top 1 (especially thanks to the infamous last three tome, should read it one day).I like Ten more than Kaiji.
Hokuto no Ken not needing a remake is a very overrated idea. Sorry, but HnK remake would be the PERFECT opportunity to make anime FAITHFUL TO THE MANGA. Sorry anime-onlies, I respect the manga more than I respect nostalgia.
Stupids (like me) should die since they only hurt the world
People that advocate for censorship will be happy once they get silenced for disagreement?Sometimes sensor ship is good tbh, without it we’d still have so many terribly hateful things that would still be normalized
nope. they just cry "like a little, bitch." to quote freeza.People that advocate for censorship will be happy once they get silenced for disagreement?
I wouldn't go as far but honestly I feel like people encouraging some stuff are the one expecting they'll never suffer from it but only the others...nope. they just cry "like a little, bitch." to quote freeza.
that is exactly what they think. that they will be spared from the consequences of their actions. they think they are the good guys and that will never end up being affected by what they did to others.I wouldn't go as far but honestly I feel like people encouraging some stuff are the one expecting they'll never suffer from it but only the others...
Like asking to sacrifice freedom in favour of safety ends up getting stripped of both.
Far as expecting never to be censored themselves or never having to abide their own rules, I don’t think most folks actually think that way. The loud ones do, of course, but they aren’t necessarily representative of the average person. Like, I’m a big fan of speed limits on roads. In the US something like 30,000-40,000 people die every year in car accidents. That number would be way higher without speed limits, and once you’ve lost some friends/family to the road, it’s hard to be a purist about automotive liberty. That said, I used to deliver pizza. I’ve done plenty of speeding, and gotten tickets for it. I didn’t complain about the tickets because I know the law exists for good reasons, and I know my actions were wrong and childish. I don’t speed now on principle, but way back then the threat of fines and license revocation did help motivate me not to be stupid, and I’m glad for it.I wouldn't go as far but honestly I feel like people encouraging some stuff are the one expecting they'll never suffer from it but only the others...

Self awareness and honesty about your own fallibility certainly can. Unless you’re like, a real nasty piece of work though, I think hatred is just dishonesty in the opposite direction.Self hatred can be healthy
yeah, that's a NO from me, chief. Self-reflection, evaluation, and an eagerness to change are good - but these can (and should) be done out of love for yourself - not disdain or hatred.Self hatred can be healthy
