I don't want to get too deep into this as I'm working hard to move on from a lot of my self-hatred and negativity. But lately it's been really hard to stay positive, especially with the path the world seems to be heading towards. But I've really been trying to push that negativity aside. Tired of hating myself for every little mistake I've made and will make, and I'm tired of feeling small because of the things I'm into and who I've become. We all do stupid things, especially when we are young and stuck in a certain mindset. And we also tend to be uncertain of the future, but I'll say this. Once you realize that you're more than yours or anyone else's labels, you can do a lot of good, the type of good that the world needs especially now. Don't be ashamed of who you are and who you will be, don't be afraid of the unknown, and always try your best to cut yourself some slack. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but Today is a gift, that is why it is called the Present.

I've come to appreciate this community a lot. Seems like a last bastion of sorts of how things used to be online. And I'll be alright. I've endured much worse than my internal monologue. I just have to stay positive.

I hope you try to speak with someone about these feelings. I understand the frustration and uncertainty. But please, don't do anything drastic. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say that there are more people that care about you than you realize, and I'm sure those people will talk to you about this. I'm also available to talk if you need. I understand all too well this feeling.
 
Well, one of the things i will add here is that part of addressing any mental health problem, is first being kind to yourself.

Once you have the strength, then reflect on your diet, your activities, your problems and make a list to help you address them, do not ignore them as they will continue to bog you down. You are not your problems, you can overcome them.

Create SMART goals for yourself, so that you can achieve something and feel guided and structured, this could be a diet goal, carrier, to learn a skill, what ever.

As mental health problems can often be related to feeling overwhelmed with life getting on top of us, when we try to stay on top of life.

Do what you can, chip away at the problem everyday and even if your victories are small, they will add the the foundation of an over arching goal which is important.

Sometimes it's also common in a lot of people to ignore these telltale signs as if nothing is wrong, and one day it washes over them. You never truly know exactly what someone is going through. Even if they are in your face about what they say they feel. Just try to focus on how you feel rather than what everyone puts in front of you.

And they don't go to a therapist either and they are also fine.
Nobody I know irl is depressed in general, I only see them laughing and messing around and that stuff

Are or seem? I hid my problems for years until i felt brave enough to share, and allot of the people who thought i was "fine" where more focused in how they felt about it, rather then how i was feeling. But this is my experiences, not for everyone is the same.

SMART = Strategic, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Target orientated.
 
That's my point here. You can see how they act around you and others. But that doesn't mean they are okay. I've struggled with depression my whole life, but am always happy around my friends. It doesn't help that I'm Autistic. Maybe sit with them one time and talk to them about it. If they dismiss you as if you don't matter then they aren't true friends anyway.

Don't feel too bad about this. I know a lot of people with ASD that are this way. My little brother has this trait. He has selective mutation and only gets really into conversation if you talk about what he likes. A lot of us have this and it's nothing to be ashamed of. It doesn't mean you are heartless or don't care. It's just how you react to certain things.
 
I hope you where joking? Drugs only help in short term, and do not solve the problem in the long term. Always see a medical professional before you turn to something which can make it even harder to face things.
