Take one thing at a time. Being overwhelmed by options and alternatives might make you feel like you're lazy, when you're more paralyzed with what to do.

Help out around the house from time to time, clean your room often. Little things like that will make you feel more active and assertive.

That's great, then you're probably not nearly as lazy as I was when I was younger. Don't beat yourself up over laziness, it's a really easy thing to be called by others (and to call others), but we all have stuff going on all the time. Remembering to be helpful when you need to be is always a good thing. ::chocobo-wave
 
Whats the best way to bottle up my feelings online as well? I think i'm bothering people too much and I want to shut the fuck up without having to tie my hands up

I don’t think you’re being a bother here. People here seem to consistently respond to you with kind words and support, plus you’re generally well-liked here and people wish for the betterment of your wellbeing, and I don’t think bottling up would do you good. Most people here would be happy to help and listen as well, I’m sure of it. : )
 
This entire thread is conceived out of respect for others well-being, you shouldn't be ashamed to spill stuff out Werty.

As for daydreaming? That’s normal, everyone does it to an extent.

It doesn't make you lose sight of reality, it just makes you normal.
 
I dont feel that bad today, probably bc I could sleep correctly
 
Sweet, make sure to get at-least 7-8 hours! I know it may seem difficult but sleep plays a lot in mental health.

I actually tend to sleep like 10-12 hours when not going to school.
Also you are acting strangely nicer than usual

As does everyone else, intrusive thoughts are pretty normal.

I’ve thought about some fuck shit before and while it’s uncomfortable you learn to cope with it, I don't view them as annoying anymore.

As long as you acknowledge that it’s not you and accept it, it’s fine.

It's just that I wanna make everyone happy
 
Yeah, I'd argue from past personal experience that trying to make EVERYONE happy is a good way to turn yourself into a doormat with no boundaries. Focus on the people you care about, and behave with a certain level of kindness, but also stand by yourself and be firm when needed.
