Change comes for us all, you can only embrace it like an old friend. Don't worry.
In what way can I embrace it?Change comes for us all, you can only embrace it like an old friend. Don't worry.
Knowing that all problems eventually pass, the negativity you once thought was a part of you fades away. With time, you grow and change for the better, you transform yourself. In what way can I embrace it?
But I thought my depression wouldnt be healed when I become an adultKnowing that all problems eventually pass, the negativity you once thought was a part of you fades away. With time, you grow and change for the better, you transform yourself.
I thought so too at first, but eventually, it really does fade. You begin to absorb what you surround yourself with — so be mindful of that. Sadness and depression can be overcome, one step at a time. It's a process, and it takes both the support of others but most importantly, the effort you give yourself. But I thought my depression wouldnt be healed when I become an adult
idk what effort to putI thought so too at first, but eventually, it really does fade. You begin to absorb what you surround yourself with — so be mindful of that. Not knowing where to start, is the part of the process. Take it small like, going outside, talking to someone, helping around a bit, or just taking care of yourself. These things eventually make you want to grow or reshape yourself. But remember, you won't see the result right away, got itidk what effort to put
It can feel like you're stuck, going in a loop over and over, but noticing it is a sign of progress. You are technically choosing that you don't want to feel this way or know that your path is not a good one. Slowly but surely you find a pattern breaker, slowly with patience.I always tend to have the same negative stuff on my mind and thats why i always repeat it
Nah..... If you are mad at yourself for doing the same thing then you gonna get so mad at one point that you will force a change , you know what is good for you and what's not and while it's tempting to do bad habits you know and are conscious about doing you know it will make you feel bad YOU KNOW the consequences of doing the same bad thing over and over.(ok i'm now sure i'm a lost cause since i'm always saying the same things everyday with no improvement)
MIND to share what you think about during school? What can be the cause of it? Oh you keep thinking about stuff and have inner monolog?I'm always having negative thoughts during school and my brain never wants to stfu, I think I even got a headache today due to that

Well that indeed explains a lot , idk how to help you on this one not that humans can be troubleshooted like machines or install a new system so i guess try being more positive uhhh where am i going with this?? What makes you positive or feel good? What makes you stop thinking negatively? On my head.
iirc playing games, listening to some tunes, watching stuff I like (and maybe just being in front of a PC or phone in general)What makes you positive or feel good? What makes you stop thinking negatively?
Entertainment then....i doubt the advice of thinking positively could work but i guess it's worth trying?iirc playing games, listening to some tunes, watching stuff I like (and maybe just being in front of a PC or phone in general)
Is there a potion out there that turns me instantly into an adult? I want to cure my depression and become smart without seeking help
It's actually the opposite; people irl tell me im smart but I don't believe them@Xdqwerty, i have a feeling that some people in real life are telling you that you are not smart
