Do you have a library card and a library near you? You could also look for one of these take-one-leave-one public shelves (perfectly fine if you just take one while not having one to leave) or maybe there's a bookcrossing book (https://www.bookcrossing.com/) near you

You could try audio books, or if you’re in school you could try visiting the library on your campus. If you live near nature you can try forging; There are plenty of resources online on how to make tea from wild plants, and what plants to use.

I’m really not trying to be rude by saying this but maybe you should take some time off the internet. Doomscrolling can only make you feel worse , it’s best to take some time just to clear your own head. Take a walk, drink some water, play a game, draw, do some writing?

Getting some fresh air as simple as it is can really help when you’re feeling down.

If you have family members/friends irl that you feel safe with try going to them for support , I think it’s better to talk to people face to face about problems like this, people that can physically give you a hug. I’ve noticed you’ve often mentioned feeling this way, I recommend looking into mental health services near you if their available or talk to your doctor if you can.

I’m really not trying to be mean or dismiss you; There is just so much someone on the other side of a screen can do to help.

I’m not going to claim I have felt exactly as you have, but I’ve had some really terrible bouts of depression, hiding away in my room staring at a screen for hours on end only made it worse.

If you can point me to the kind of person no-one ever hated, especially online, drop me a line. Yes, there are people out there who hate you. I know that being a teenager comes with a very strong desire to be a part of the group but at some point you have to realize that the people who hate you or people like you matter very little in the grand scheme of things.

Also, there are people out there who like you, you just don't know it yet. I mean, take a look at this forum. You think we're just a bunch pixels on your screen? Chatbots trying to placate you and your escape from reality? We're people made of flesh and blood, living our lives out there somewhere. And I'm sure there are people like us in your area too. They may be well hidden, they may be different in a lot of ways than you are but they are there. Having troubles with accepting yourself is perfectly normal. Just know that most of us have gone through that period and we came out relatively fine one way or another.
