Well, first of all in this case Capcom won't do anything, it's GOG that's gonna apply all the fixes to the already existing PC ports. If that happens then the games are gonna be available on their store only.

If Capcom ever decides to make a MML collection (they won't), they will do all the work themselves and then make it a Steam exclusive as they always do.

GOG Dreamlist is a place where you can vote for games to get rereleased on the GOG store. It's basically a way to revive abandonware games.

The Mega Man Legends franchise has been dead ever since the third one got canceled and Capcom looked away, but if there is enough demand it could come back one day. I know you all love piracy (me too) but seeing this franchise returning to PC would be a dream come true. It's very doable because the first two games were already ported to PC back in the day, they just need to update those to make them work on modern hardware.

Castle 2 desperately needed to be made into 2 levels with proper checkpoints. I don't care if you have 9 lives, that's asking too much. I think the game is genuinely really good with this being quite honestly the only exception.
