While true, Mario 64 is a proof example that there's a difference between unofficial widescreen support and official widescreen support, before Mario 3D All-Stars, Mario Sunshine widescreen hacks had some issues that were ironed out officially, not saying this is always the case (Sonic Adventure 2 took a different approach and Sonic Adventure completely scrapped widescreen at the last minute) but I still think a recomp using a better version that runs better and supports widescreen, higher framerate, has better texture, music, and controls, would've been the better option.with it being a static recomp you can do all that as mods
with it being a static recomp you can do all that as modsI wish someone would translate the PSP version instead, widescreen, better performance, better audio, better controls, higher resolution, it's not perfect but imo is a better candidate for a decomp/recomp, also afaik they added the extra content from the Japan exclusive demo.

arent you that twitter man
arent you that twitter manlowkey funny af to upload this just when the recomp released
Yeah heh, which would make logic sense, because neither "Mega Man Legends 2" nor "Misadventures of Tron Bonne" received any N64 ports.lolHonestly yeah, the audio is garbage but something about it is so charming?
And for anyone wondering this is actually the only Mega Man Legends game that got ported to N64.

Nah all the other ones are only on PS1
The first stable release of the recomp actually released a couple days ago, just in case you weren't aware. Working very well and fully playable with some arguably minor issues.I'm also waiting on the Recomp of this.
This is exactly how and why I noticed ;)Just in time for the PC port![]()

I'd like a trabslation of the PSP version.i never played the ps1 version until much later so i was stuck with this version and its terrible voce compression sounding like listening to a tinny portable radio from a couple of soup cans on strings
