I think most health departments share this hot take!Chipotle is not that good
Netflix also kills cool shows out of "lack of popularity" yet they keep greenlighting crap like Tall GirlNetflix, Xbox game pass, and all that is bad for you as a consumer yet people pretend they save money on it.
you have been banned from the British club for tea lovers! How dare you insult tea? Do you not know that WARS were fought for tea ? Do you know how much tea has an impact on people lives?
For millions of years people drank tea its the natural drink of life , disrespecting tea is unforgivable crime.
I came with that up for comedic effect I doubt wars were fought for tea.Listen, I'm glad for people who can like tea, and I'm very clearly the odd one out here.
I just think it's kind of a waste for people to have gone to war over something that to me just kinda makes water worse.

I came with that up for comedic effect I doubt wars were fought for tea.
Of course its a strange opinion but trust me you gonna save money for not liking tea
Yes trade purposes were indeed a reason for conquest and aggressive expansionI mean, there were several wars where tea was a factor. A few wars back during the period of colonization were fought to maintain tea being part of the trade that Britain was receiving, and the Boston Tea Party pretty directly escalated into the American Revolution.
As for wars fought entirely for tea, that I don't know if it happened for sure, but I really don't think it would just be off the table. Wars were started for less.
Ehhhh, is this an actual culture?- Twitter is an excellent source of meme culture.
Si piglia gioco di me? Che vuol ch’io faccia del suo latinorum?Habeas corpus and the provocatio ad populum
I barely know latin but that was the name of these two concepts.Si piglia gioco di me? Che vuol ch’io faccia del suo latinorum?
I know those, I studied latin and law in school, I just couldn't help myself with the quoteI barely know latin but that was the name of these two concepts.
I tried to study latin but I couldn't make it work out. I'm surprised I can speak English well online though.I know those, I studied latin and law in school, I just couldn't help myself with the quote
A litttle bit... Everytime I see someone post a meme, it would come from that site.Ehhhh, is this an actual culture?
That's not really the case though, ever since the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen it's been always understood that men are not equal but that they must be made equal, and that such equality must be enforced through Constitutional laws.Saying that we're all equals is one of the biggest gaslighting we've ever gotten in human civilisation.
Why would you do that? learning that shit in high school was one the worst experiences of my life (alongside Ancient Greek)I tried to study latin but I couldn't make it work out. I'm surprised I can speak English well online though.
And the biggest issue is that laws and rules are made for most but not everyone. That's not really the case though, ever since the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen it's been always understood that men are not equal but they must be made equal and such equality must be enforced through Constitutional laws.
Society doesn't say that we are all equal, just that we must strive to even the odds to make equality among men real through the social contract
I know, I hated the teacher that did anything but actual latin lessons...Why would you do that? learning that shit in high school was one the worst experiences of my life (alongside Ancient Greek)
I understand your struggle. Spanish and Italian are tough enough for me as is. Can’t imagine learning Latin, seems really intimidating, especially since unlike Spanish, it’s got little connection with Arabic so I don’t have the usual leg-up I’d have with that and Italian.I tried to study latin but I couldn't make it work out. It's not a goal, it's a struggleI feel that it's a goal we have but can never reach...
I had that stupid thinking that if my mother language is Latin-derivate I would've had an easier time learning them...I understand your struggle. Spanish and Italian are tough enough for me as is. I suggest you keep trying, imagine what sort of demons you can summon once you master latin.I tried to study latin but I couldn't make it work out. I'm surprised I can speak English well online though.
I need to encourage myself for that.I suggest you keep trying, imagine what sort of demons you can summon once you master latin.
Zero escape is my go-to place for idioms that sound smart but won’t actually make me smart (yeah you can tell I don’t like ZE. I like the idioms though)I need to encourage myself for that.
Thanks to Zero Escape I love Tu fui, ego eris.
999 was a novel idea for its time. I kinda agree that VLR got too cryptic and confusing and ZTD felt like a fan-fic.Zero escape is my go-to place for idioms that sound smart but won’t actually make me smart (yeah you can tell I don’t like ZE. I like the idioms though)
