Those fucking stickers.

They usually come off without any trouble. But sometimes they tear the insert.

Is it really that hard to put the sticker on the outside of the case—on the plastic—instead of on the insert?

Gamestop used to love putting them right there back in the day.

I thought I almost had a case of gore!

I ordered a game online, it's just a loose cartridge and a manual, no box. As I was opening the package that the seller shipped it in I noticed that the game cartridge was wrapped in bubble wrap and taped to the box so it would fly around. That's fine, no problem. But then I saw the manual and for a split second I didn't notice the bag it was in and I nearly panicked because I thought that they taped the manual straight to the box like a retard. But as it turns out, thankfully it is I who is the retard.

This reminded me when I bought Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 for my PS1 on Amazon, "Renewed". And not as bad as it could be, the box is good, the manuals ok, but the disc... idk what they did to it but it doesnt boot again.

I try everything, even toothpaste (it works btw, it saved my second hand MW3 for the Xbox 360), but nothing. I think they might clean it with something and just ruin it.

I don't have the images anymore, but I once an NES that had been bashed with an axe (or similar object) up for sale on an auction site — and it probably still worked.
