I feel that "guilty pleasure" is when you'd be embarrassed if someone sees you enjoying it, like if you have a reaction similar to Dark Helmet when he was caught playing Spaceballs toys:Guilty pleasure is a tricky term, if you really enjoy something you can probably argue the merit of the thing. I used to apply it to things like Road House, but as I got older I was more comfortable saying Ben Garzarra is an amazing villain, the movie is a pleasant low-stakes ride (until the admittedly drab escalation of violence at the end), and Swayze is basically operating at Peak Fuck-a-bility, like humans just aren't supposed to look that attractive.
I can think of a few other movies like that, but I can't think of a game. They're such a time investment, I would never keep going back if I didn't think they were good.
(I fear the answer for a lot of people is gacha games and gambling mechanics, it's *depressingly* easy to feel guilt and pleasure pulling the lever on a slot machine.)
There's absolutely some games I'd rather minimize than explain to a passer-by. xD Watching "so bad it's good" action movies doesn't usually work this way, but a cheesy melodrama might.
