Well and other German Developed Video Games are i think the Anno Series.Crysis and Deponia and Probably more that i don't quite remember yet non of them Celebrates German Culture but they are fun to Play.

Horizon Chase Turbo is 100% Brazilian, made by Aquiris Game Studio based in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul!
Aquiris originally launched the game as Horizon Chase (a mobile game) and then made Horizon Chase Turbo for consoles and PC with more content, multiplayer, and super polished visuals.

Brazil isn't just a country of football, carnival, and samba — it's a land overflowing with pure creativity. And nowhere is that more clear than in our indie game scene. Brazilian indie developers build worlds out of sheer passion.
Most don't have giant budgets, fancy studios, or endless investors. What they have is resilience, artistic soul, and a relentless dream to tell stories our way. In a country where access to technology was expensive and often delayed, we grew up making magic with what we had.
We learned to be creative improvisers — turning simple ideas into beautiful, unforgettable experiences.
Games like Dandara show our history of resistance.
Games like Horizon Chase Turbo celebrate our nostalgic love for a simpler time.
Games like Blazing Chrome scream with the adrenaline and rebellion that lives in the blood of every Brazilian artist.
Brazilian Indie devs are warriors.
They face high taxes on software, expensive hardware, unstable internet, lack of sponsorship, and still — they create. They form collectives. They support each other. They grind, they share tutorials, they build small festivals to show their games when no one else will.

Improvising often benefits your Creativity as we can see in older Games where they had to do that a lot.And i hope you guys can still keep up as the Prices a rising everywhere. So stay Strong will ya :)

Is this Game not Developed in the Middle East ? searched it up
View attachment 62909
Actually, it was made by Robinson Technologies (A Japan-based indie developer)
Before being bought out by Ubisoft who handed the Game's future development to Ubisoft Abu Dhabi.
So, this game doesn't count.
