NDS Favorite Nintendo DS or 3DS Games

Still have yet to play that, I heard it was hard to get into
I played a bit of the 3DS one, I think V or IV? I don't recall it was a long time ago
Definitely gonna have to give it another try
As effectively old-school dungeon crawlers, I feel like it was deliberately this. This is Atlus we're talking about!

I want to be able to get more DS games, but unfortunately I have really horrid luck finding anything for it that isn't either 1: shovelware that nobody wants to begin with or 2: Pokémon (not saying Pokémon is shovelware, FYI).

I mean, sure, there's emulation, but...in terms of physicality, that system is a curse to me.

I'll be honest, the two DS games I always come back to are Mario Kart DS - now improved in every way thanks to the CTGP-Nitro team - and YGO World Championship 2011.

The sheer amount of content in both games really amazes me, to the point that, even after something like 14 years, in terms of replayability there is always something to do.

Chrono Trigger (aka my favorite game of all time), Ace Attorney, Ghost Trick (i still replay it every once in a while), Radiant Historia and The World Ends With You
to a lesser extent (not by much really) i also really enjoyed Luminous Arc (it's a really simple game but i still enjoyed the content) and SMT devil survivor
i really wanted to enjoy Professor Layton and finished the first game, but then i accepted that im too stupid for the puzzles in the game
i might be forgetting some other games that i enjoyed but yeah, these are the ones i remember right now

YGO World Championship 2011
I love the old YGO games, mostly the ones on PSP but the DS ones are absolutely incredible too
Funnily enough a few months ago I used the life point calculator on the GX Card Almanac on my DSi as a funny bit while playing the physical card game

I enjoyed all three "Castlevania" games very much. <3
Then the remakes of "Dragon Quest 4, 5 and 6." And I had a very nice time with "Rune Factory 3"

Hey, TwiLightMenu exists, that's how I play everything on the DS
Although of course nothing beats actually owning the physical cartridge, as someone who plays and collects card games as well as manga and comics I know there's an indescribable feeling when you get to own and play the thing you love physically

Such is the path I take. It just seems inconceivable that a system as popular as it was manages to be so hard for me to hunt stuff down.

im gonna say only games that no one has posted to give aleast a bit of more varity

for the ds
lost magic: an rtsrpg that uses draw for make magic.

okami 2: i know it not the name, but for me it perfect as secuel and the draw with the stilus to solve puzzle fit perfectly with okami.

nanostray: an exeptional space invader-like game

maplestory ds: side scroller arpg, if you like pre big-bang maple you gonna like it, it a shame that arent a good and completed transtation proyect.

mario basketball: the use of stilus translates surpricely well in android emus.

Disgaea: TRPG comedical like an good old shonen, with a litle dark undertones

and for 3DS
beyond labrynt: a old fashion first person rpg game full of surprices. is in japones the traslation are good but the voice matter a lot... it a shame that hasnt been localized.

maplestory: girl of destiny : aleast this have a good translation, and in this case is big bang era

kid icarus uprising: of course onr of the ves arpg of the 3ds. and if you lost you ar card you can print from internet archive.

pusmo series: very good and short puzzle series.

pokemon rumble blast and world: is a rogue like pokemon, unless like mistery dungeon is arpg, in world use only coins hacks and you gonna enjoy a lots of hours.

persona Q 1&2: persona 3-4-5 character isekaied under and ethrian odyssey-like gameplay

TWEWY
Pokemon Black 2 (with blaze black 2 hack)

New Super Mario Bros 2
Mario and Luigi Dream Team
Pokemon Alpha Sapphire
SteamWorld Dig 1 and 2
SteamWorld Heist
Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright

If I haven't forgotten anything, here are my favorites :3

For 3DS, I'd have to say Yo-kai Watch, I really like that game and its sequels. Actual peak 3DS software, can't get enough of it. IMO it's better than Pokemon, (It's closer to SMT anyways.)
Snake Eater 3D probably comes up second. It's a very good port framerate aside, should've been more like it on the system.
I'd also throw SMT in there. Pick any one of them, they all good.

Fire Emblem Fates! Yes I know the story is kinda goofy, but it has such a wealth of strategic options and improvements over Awakening, and the characters are generally still very likeable. Also, Hana is an underrated waifu. Camilla simps are basic bitches from Alabama.
