2-Shadow

3- castlevania 64

all of them had a huge impact on my taste and gaming personalities

Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars has an amazingly atmospheric intro video, I love the voiceover, the music, everything about it. It doesn't hurt that it's one of my favorite games. It transitions straight into gameplay too.

The most ominous and chilling intro ever made for one of the best horror game in history.

In 2002 the U.S. Army formed a secret unit dedicated to combating paranormal threats to national security.
The unit was named...
First Encounter Assault Recon
F.E.A.R

The best GTA intro.

The most animeish cute shit ever.

I made sure no one already posted them already , but aside from seeing sonic CD's opening in gems collection as a kid , vampire savior 2's intro and Kof 2003s mean the world to me. Artistically speaking too , I kept on doing redraws and drooling over Bengus and NONA's art before knowing who they even were looking at this stuff.

Honorable mentions also go to touch detective

And musashiden II which I absolutely adore but learned about later (I just fucking love anything Imaishi did in his early days when he was very much inspired by his mentor)

i'd say my favorite intros are the dot hack g.u. ones.

Now THAT is a good question
Gorgeous and epic, shows every character, man nightmare swinging that sword like its nothing whilst his flesh arm mouth thing is wriggling is so sick!

First time I saw it it hit me like a truck, the colors and song simpy SCREAM 2000s, I love it

I'm a sucker for western

The best version of sonic

Im not even a fan of budokai but this has like everything

Sorry if I go to ham but man these intros really live rent free with me
There really are soo many bangers <3
