Astro Boy: Omega Factor

Most of the Pokémon games (FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald) as well as Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Camp Lazlo: Leaky Lake Games, and the Sonic Advance Series.

Fire Emblem 7 & 8
Fire Emblem Hacks (7 Siblings, Vision Quest, Lords of the Sea)
Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 1 and 2
Zoids Legacy
Zoids Legend of Arcadia
Zoids Fuzors
Urbz, The Sims in the City
Super Robot Taisen OG 1 & 2 & J
Legend of Zelda, The - The Minish Cap
Legend of Zelda, Link to the Past
Pokemon Emerald, Gold, Yellow

Mario Golf / Mario Tennis (and these are actually the only Mario Golf/Mario Tennis games I played, because they have a real story mode with RPG elements, unlike the console versions) for me that’s the strongest point of the GBA versions. Also Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty’s Revenge, all the Sonic Advance games (especially the second one), and Zelda: The Minish Cap,and of course the Mario & Luigi RPGs on GBA.

-The three Castlevanias
-Konami Krazy Racers
-Metroid Fusion
-Zelda Minish Cap
-Kuru Kuru Kururin
-Iridion 2
-Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland
-Sonic Advance
-Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Revival
-King of Fighters EX 2
-Star Wars Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith
-Duke Nukem Advance
-F-Zero GP Legend
-F-Zero Climax
-Pokemon Emerald
-Final Fight Onbe

Sonic Advance is probably the best platformer on the GBA that isn't a port. I love the team mechanic of Advance 3, and I wish it got used in more games. SEGA Arcade Gallery seems to have very good ports of SEGA's super scaler games.
