favorite call of duty?

My favorite will always be the original one.

Not only because it felt like it was made by people who truly, deeply cared, but also because it was so nicely optimized that it even ran on my low-end, office-class laptop sporting a pathetic SIS MIRAGE III integrated graphics card so slow as to make GTA Vice City into an unplayable mess.

Stuff like that lingers, particularly since I had been convinced that I wasn't going to be able to run anything but Abandonware on that machine before giving CoD a try.

Haven't played the New ones for now.

Single player is easily the first MW, going through that for the first time will never be beaten. MW2 came fairly close, but it lacked a lot of the really memorable set pieces to me, outside of the infamous No Russian level obviously.

Never really got into zombies in all honesty. The only two I've really played for any amount of time are the original Black Ops and Black Ops 3, so I guess I'll say Blops3 because I prefer the game itself. This doesn't count as zombies, but a shout out to the Extinction mode where you killed aliens in Ghosts; I actually played that more than zombies, and really liked it.

The best multi-player is almost an impossible answer, honestly. I want to say MW2 as it's just such a perfect chaotic mess that I still reminisce with with my friends about to this day. Everything was broken, it was so beautiful. But I also want to say Advanced Warfare. I fucking love Advanced Warfare. The air dashes, the guns were really fun, loved the whole exosuit vibe. You can dual wield wrist mounted heavy machine gun turrets, I mean you cannot beat that. TLDR; I can't decide between MW2 or Advanced Warfare.

Single Player: OG Modern Warfare 1
Zombies: Black Ops 1
Multiplayer: Also Black Ops 1

There's probably better CoDs, but that was around the time I was active with them so I have a lot of fondness for those 2.

i dont really play zombies or multiplayer so i'm gonna cram a bunch of campaigns together in a list in no particular order lmao
  • Modern Warfare 1 and 2 (og)
  • Black Ops 1
  • Infinite Warfare
  • World at War
special mention to advanced warfare and the legendary press f to pay respects :ROFLMAO:

Black ops 2 for the story, World at War for the gameplay, Black ops 3 for multiplayer, MW3 defiance for handheld fun, and lastly guilty pleasure Call of Duty Ngage.

I played the games from OG MW1 to Advanced Warfare, but also picked up BO3 a few years after its release to check out Zombie Chronicles.

Campaign - OG MW1

Zombies - BO1 (Favorite Zombies map is Origins from BO2, however)

Multiplayer - BO2

Black Ops I had the best campaign and zombies pretty much, I loved the grittier tone and how they mixed fiction with historical events, and the zombies mode was a massive expansion from whatever we had with WaW.

Multiplayer is a tough one for me but I am quite fond of Black Ops II and MW2019 since those were the ones I played the most, BO2 only locally with my cousin but MW2019 was the first online COD game I playes religiously, it wasn't the best thing ever but it was special!

I think I'll always like BLOPS2 and MW3 the most. So much time spent on ps3 with the latter was amazing. I quite like Ghosts too but Black Ops 2 will always be the GOAT.

CoD4 Modern Warfare was brilliant. I olayed up until Infinite Warfare then dropped off. Have any of them gotten better since?

hmmm ok! For campaign maybe World at War, for Zombies, Maybe Black Ops 1, for Multiplayer? Advance Warfare! (why BO3 nerfed that dash i'll never know..I was having FUN)

Campaign - CoD4
Multiplayer - CoD4, with Black Ops II right behind it
Zombies - Black Ops 3
