As far as I know, this is the only NTSC release for this game on the N64, since it wasn't released in North America. The game is in English and French just like the European release, but runs on 60 Hz in any american console.

I had never seen that brazilian ESRB thing

Afaik it wasn't official. We didn't have an official rating system until much later. The ones on Nintendo boxes were just mimicking the ESRB style.
