Help easiest way to emulate sega saturn?

I'm using the Beetle Saturn core on retrobat and so far everything works perfectly fine. Just remember that Saturn emulation (excluding SSF) needs a CPU with at least 1600~1700 points of single thread performance on the CPU mark test to run fine, that's more than PS2 emulation.

Figured GameNavi HiSaturn bios is universal it's NTSC/J (RF)

@Spike could these BIOS, especially the MPEG ones, be added to the collection onn the Repo?
It's up to @Spike whether or not to upload Bios. Repo already has files present where everyone could download. Regarding video card bios I'm sure requires testing.
