Yeah... At one point we had to choose between actually reading new threads or merge old ones, which was a terrible compromise.

I can now see that that approach was a bit of foolish.

Sometimes that's the way the cookie crumbles. I consider it a part of the growing pains RGT had to go through rather than something I'd have any hard feelings or hold a grudge over as a regular Joe kind of user. We learn as we go and we strive for excellence however we can given the circumstances at any given time.
