For most people, Nintendo is the only reason they still buy consoles. Almost every company values digital store shelves but Nintendo all ways seems to just be the most coy.
Not a Chance, as hard core they are on Piracy with their Consoles, they would have a aneurysm with PC Stuff, as easy as it is to Yo-Ho it.For most people, Nintendo is the only reason they still buy consoles. Like Waffles and TenderLad said, their hardware IS their biggest source of revenue, and (to the general public) the only way to play their games. As huge as piracy is, we are a relatively small group of people compared to paying customers. Something you will rarely, if ever see is Nintendo offering sales on anything, ESPECIALLY their own first-party games. This ensures that while they are possibly losing out on a lot of sales since most of their games are still full price MANY years after release, in their eyes they are A: making the most profit possible, and B: using the pricing as part of their brand; their products stay full price because their brand is known for quality, and offering anything on sale is basically them saying that it's worth less now than it was back then.I sincerely doubt it because Nintendo's biggest asset right now is its hardware. Giving up even a fraction of the income produced by it in exchange for reaching a larger userbase is a devil's bargain I feel that they couldn't live with.
Hey hey, now, no need to talk dirty. Not some low brow, cheapo company like Sega.
Lol, at least we've always got good ol' Blast Processing.Hey hey, now, no need to talk dirty.
We have Nintendo on PC at home ?Seeing as only the minority of people actually wants Nintendo on PC, I'd say no.
