Do you rewind or fast forward a lot?

I fast forward a lot when I get antsy with long winded animations or unskippable cutscenes I'm already familiar with. I rarely rewind unless it's something super egregious, like dying to a glitch or something like that.

I rarely use rewind, I don't play many games with long narratives anyways. I use rewind quite a lot, specially using SNES9X. You can limit the rewind size, you can almost view it as an extra mechanic, like the time travelling in prince of persia sands of time

I dont really use rewind, but I do fast forward with Pokémon cuz those games are unbearably slow to me, and sometimes I toggle fast forward during loading screens and I pretend it makes the game load faster

Very rarely, but I use excessively when I play Viewtiful Joe.

I never rewind (I dont even have it bound to a key) because it feels bad to use (for me). Although I do save scum from time to time. oops.

But I fast-forward a lot. I have both the toggle ff and the hold-to-ff bound to keys.
