Do you ever feel guilt while you're gaming?

No guilt, just the weight of my backlog.

I wish I was better with fonts, I just go with something rough then throw a lazy pixel filter on the the text >_<

sometimes when i pick up one game while in the middle of another, i'll feel a little guilty. like i feel like i should be playing the first game instead.

I still haven't watched the show itself but I think this sums up what I think about the "guilt" I have for playing games
I used to feel guilt about it but at this point I'm in a circumstance where while not Ideal I can be there for my family, go back to school, AND still have time to play games and make fun shit so honestly I have nothing to be guilty about (tl:dr I don't care) XD

I have the hardest time choosing what to play, especially if I just got a few games of which I want to play every one at once. Even when I use a Wheel Decider or a 50/50, I'll still feel horrible I'm not playing the other games, even though I WILL after I finish the first one.

Final Fight Revenge. Why am I still playing this? WTF? Who the fuck okay ed this???!!!

Final Fight Streetwise. Same as above.

I really like Final Fight, and would like to see the story advanced in a new game, other than Street Fighter.

Street Fighter V. Before they'd added in the arcade mode and other stuff.

I usually have "I could be reading instead" floating in the back of my head to some extent, especially when I'm gaming in bed. I try to offset gaming mindrot with literature.

When my life was more of a mess than it is now, I would often feel guilty for playing games. It had more to do with, I felt guilty for doing anything that wasn't actively pushing me to my goal of fixing my life up; it felt like anything I did to relax was a waste. It doesn't help that the grind-or-die mindset gets pushed onto you the worse your life is: poor people aren't allowed to have nice things without some pushback.

But that mentality isn't healthy, and at a certain point the constant stress put me in the hospital. Turns out, it's important to be able to relax every now and then. I'm no longer in that place anymore, life is still hard, imperfect, but I don't feel guilty for taking some time to myself with a fun game, and maybe a drink or two.

Only if I am not gaming around my family. This was the primary reason I got into handheld gaming, so that I could play games outside of the "mancave" and be close when somebody wants to talk or needs help with something.
