I have severe ADHD n bipolar type 1 - so I already almost-have powers when things are up n in control... when they're down, though, I feel such an incredible weight of a mentality that I have to divert away from the dire path of potential egodeath while considering too many things all at once in such a counter-productive racing thought traffic-jam goin from one pain to the next hopin the light at the end of the ridiculous tunnel reveals a hint of its presence.

but every-time you make someone laugh you have a 50% to get teleported somewhere random in the world (although not deadly places)

that sounds about right for me. throw enough wizardry at a wall n something is bound to stick. which would be for no reason in the 1st place but that's how it goes (very wrong)
