Description

DON'T FORGET TO READ THE READ ME!

Armies of Exigo is what you get when you have Warcraft 3 at home, but I don't mean that in a bad way. It's a pretty neat stab at the RPS (RPG+RTS) genre and for what it's worth I really did enjoy the time I put into testing this. I do wish it had a touch more depth to it but it has LAN support so you can face off with your friends over something like Radmin or Game Ranger! I think that would be the best way to enjoy it too. It also has some neat and creative custom stuff right out the box and with fan made addons you can have even more!

Want to expand the game with fan creations and maps? You can CLICK ON THIS to check out a website full of them!

Enjoy!

Underrated game, wish they make Frozen Throne like expansion, since game had so much potential
Right?! I gave this a bit more of a play and I still retain it isn't as deep as WC3 but it has some stand out stuff like the Dragonshard like underground areas and the way housing works. I like that little twist on it.
Never heard of this game. But after playing the tutorial, I really liked it! Thanks! ::thumbsupwario
You are welcome! I hope you enjoy it ::biggrin
A game I've never heard of?!? What is this sorcery? Alma cranking out banger after banger.
I try my best! Thank you for continuing to enjoy the stuff I post ::heart
i have memories of playing this and enjoying it. Thanks a lot, is a solid warcraft 3 clone.
No prob! Glad you have lovely memories of it::biggrin
The game is spectacular, the music is also spectacular, it's a shame it didn't have a sequel
::winkfelix
Not even an expansion too! Shame really::sadkirby
POV - you try to warn the local farmers to evacuate as the dreaded insects are coming but they just give you that Serf Stare

Thank you for the game.

It is working on Linux via Wine (proton-cachyos-slr). If you get '0x0000005 access violation' remove everything from dgvoodoo (d3d8, d3d9, d3dimm, ddraw, dgvoodoo.exe and dgvoodoo.conf). Also i used Reshade via Leshade.

I also found on moddb a mod to play it on 1920x1080. I use version 2, but i really don't if it is working for Windows.
Handy! I think I saw though that the widescreen breaks certain parts of the game so be careful!
This is a decent RTS, good find.
Thank you!::biggrin
oh wow, I had heard of this game, never actually seen it.. looks pretty fun.. thanks a lot
You're welcome ::heart I hope you have fun!
Another wonderful release by Alma!
No thanks to you coming in clutch at the end to make sure LAN was ok so thank you!::chocobo-wave
Amazing upload, ty @AlmaElma123! Also, if anyone is looking to play multiplayer, hit me up; (I run a retro online matchmaking project).
Thank you and I would so be up for it if you don't mind you will probably have the skills to wipe the floor with me in a second ::sailor-embarrassed
